Delivery options

Postage and optional insurance will be added to the cost of your order.

Fredman SVW uses Australia Post Platinum Express (1-2 day delivery period)  Our postage fee for Australian customers is $25.
 

Insurance

We recommend obtaining insurance for your purchased item as we accept no responsibility for shipped items that are not insured.

There are some countries that our postal insurance will not cover but we will inform you when you make your enquiry.

Cost of insurance is 2% of insured value.

For example, if your items cost you $1000, the insurance will cost $20.

• If returning an item you must email us within 2 days of receipt of goods.
  For items returned, postage is done at customer's expense.
  Any item returned improperly packaged or shipped without insurance is done so at your own risk if lost or damaged in transit.
